From October 18 – 19, 2022
Face-to-face at Novotel Milano Ca’ Granda in Milan
Stop by our Tabletop
Rigel Life Sciences and Rigel Process and Lab will participate both as speakers and with a tabletop to meet visitors.
On October 18th from 3:00 – 4:00 pm in Parallel Session C we invite you to listen to Gaia Malpocher, Microbiology Product Manager (Rigel Process and Lab), who will discuss in the speech “Rapid microbiological tests: what role in the emerging pharmaceutical industry?”, the use of rapid microbiological testing as a method for faster results, greater accuracy, operational efficiency and compliance on data integrity compared to traditional testing methodologies for innovative products such as biologics, vaccines, cell / gene therapies and sterile injectables;
and our VP of Sales (Rigel Life Sciences), Diego Bompadre, who will speak about “The evolution of environmental monitoring to meet current needs. Comparison of outdoor and indoor monitoring”.
Over the last twenty years, the study of Indoor air quality has become increasingly important, given the time individuals spend indoors and the relative exposure to pollutants.
In the scientific community, particular attention is paid to particulate matter (PM), responsible for numerous negative effects on human health and characterized by thousands of different chemical species, each with its own effects and coming from one or more sources.
A working hypothesis will be described here both for the determination of the PM matrix and for the identification of its main sources and for the verification of the particle size distribution in order to associate the PM component to the particle size.
At our tabletop you can meet our team who will be happy to tell you about our latest innovations for aseptic environments.
The Rigel brands that will be present at our tabletop will be the following:
- Rigel Life Sciences, experts in contamination control and monitoring in aseptic areas;
- Rigel Process and Lab, focused on consumables and equipment for microbiological laboratories and cleaning processes;
- Fai Instruments, newly acquired by Rigel S.p.A., specialized in air quality monitoring.
We’re looking forward to networking opportunities and discuss more on new technologies and solutions applied to clean environments.
